Eliot Solarz

Director - Head of Corporate Trust

Eliot is a Director and heads up the Corporate Trust team. He is a qualified Solicitor and joined Law Debenture in 2017.

Eliot has significant experience in the full range of banking and capital markets transactions including the negotiation of new deals, the consideration of trustee discretion and work on defaults and restructurings.

Prior to joining Law Debenture Eliot headed up the European transaction management team at another major trust organisation in London. Before this Eliot, worked in private practice at Linklaters LLP, where he worked as a corporate trust specialist for over 10 years advising many of the major trustees in the market.
