Hugely exciting to see Law Debenture in 38th place, out of 500 companies, in the Financial Times UK's Best Employers 2025 list published yesterday.

As a business we have taken time, over the last five year in particular, to really examine our culture, and find out from our people what they most value from us as an employer. This has led to significant change with new offices, updated policies and bespoke learning and development opportunities. There is always more to do, but this ranking, based on employee feedback, is encouragement that we are making good progress.
