I am an Assistant Vice President for Delaware Corporate Services Inc. I have been with the organization since 2010 and bring over 25 years of Corporate Service industry experience. Prior to joining Delaware Corporate Services Inc., I worked exclusively for corporate law firms.
While I possess many unique skills, my several areas of expertise are inclusive of Apostille, legalizations, corporate filings and franchise taxes. Additionally, Delaware Corporate Services Inc. is very pleased to have me utilize my acquired industry knowledge to conduct the marketing efforts for our organization.
Lastly, I possess both a Communications background and a Paralegal Certificate. To unwind I spend time as a professional bowler and enjoy spending time with my family.
