LawDeb approved by Companies House as an ACSP

LawDeb is now authorised by Companies House to provide Identity Verification (IDV) for all UK entities and affected individuals.

Today LawDeb has been approved as an authorised corporate service provider (ACSP). Our dedicated team is on hand to support organisations and individuals looking to mitigate their risk around Identity Verification, a key element of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act. We are already supporting those looking to undertake Voluntary IDV, which opens on April 8th. Mandatory IDV comes into force from Autumn 2025.
