LawDeb appoints new Managing Director of Corporate Secretarial Services to strengthen global proposition
LawDeb, the leading provider of Independent Professional Services, has appointed Ben Turner as its new Managing Director of Corporate Secretarial Services (CSS).
With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Ben Turner has a proven track record in negotiating, structuring, and delivering complex multi-million pound contracts and transactions. Joining from Equiniti where he held the role of Sales Director of Outsourcing Services, Ben possesses deep credit management sector knowledge. Ben has a distinguished history of building, mentoring and sustaining high performing teams. Before Equiniti, he spent over eight years at Arrow Global Group, an asset manager.
Ben joins LawDeb’s expert team of over 70 global compliance and governance professionals, working closely with an independent network of local legal partners to provide advice on corporate governance matters in over 120 countries. While leading the CSS team, he will be responsible for driving growth in LawDeb’s global entity management offering and its award-winning tailored board governance service. Against a backdrop of constantly evolving legal and regulatory demands globally, clients are increasingly looking to LawDeb for specialist support in ensuring entities are compliant and in good legal standing, and that boards are supported to mitigate governance risk.
Ben will be based in the rapidly growing Manchester office. Patrick Davis, Director of CSS UK, who is based in London, and Jordan Owen, Head of Global Entity Management, who is based in Manchester will report to Ben.
