Law Debenture announces new CFO

After 5 years, Hester Scotton leaves the business to take up a new role as CFO of Potter Clarkson LLP. Hester has made an invaluable contribution to our business since she joined us 2019. We have upgraded our finance systems, changed our auditors, expanded our team and built a shared service centre under her leadership. Her energy and commitment is an example to us all. We wish Hester every continued success.

Isla Pickering will join as the new Chief Financial Officer at the start of January 2025. Isla joins us from LEK Consulting, where she served as Group Financial Controller. Prior to that Isla spent 15 years at Linklaters in various finance roles. Isla is a KPMG qualified Chartered Accountant.
