Trish Houston

Chief Operating Officer

Trish is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Corporate Secretarial Services business of The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. and was appointed to the Board as an executive director on 2 September 2020.

Trish is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments. She brings 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the financial services industry. Previously, she was a member of the senior management team at JDX Consulting Limited, where she had executive responsibility for HR, IT and facilities and oversaw the merger of three businesses. Prior to that, Trish was a Partner at Ruffer LLP where she held several roles including global head of HR and global head of risk. She was also a member of the investment management team at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and worked in their offices in the UK, Australia and Switzerland.

Outside of work Trish has two daughters, Rosie and Ellen, who she can often be found with at Battersea Zoo or running with around Clapham Common. Prior to lock down Trish was an avid traveller and has scaled Mount Kinabalu, cycled from Kilimanjaro to the Ngorongoro crater and kayaked around the Santa Ana Archipelago.
