We are appointed as Independent Trustee for some of the largest private sector DC trust-based schemes such as DHL, GSK, and Royal Mail and to many smaller DC schemes and sections (e.g. Penguin).

We are experienced in supporting trustees and sponsors with Master Trust transfer decisions and provider selections. We also sit on a number of high-profile Master Trust appointments. These include the Financial Conduct Authority and L&G’s Worksave Master Trust, one of the largest Master Trusts in the UK as well as the Irish Life Master Trust.

A team approach : Meet our Defined Contribution Working Group

The majority of our trustee and governance teams work across both DB and DC schemes. A number of colleagues have formed our DC working Group to ensure that the knowledge developed across each appointment is shared, in order to benefit all of our clients.

The Group is led by Elizabeth Hartree, Our Head of Defined Contribution. It meets regularly to identify the challenges and solutions facing our clients, and what is coming down the line.
