Associate Pensions Executive

Rupa joined LawDeb in September 2022 having previously worked as a Pensions Adviser at Barnardos.

She spent 5 years at Barnardos, initially working on pensions administration prior to the administration being outsourced to a third party administrator. Since the outsourcing, she worked mainly on the client management aspect from within Barnardos.

Prior to Barnardos, Rupa has built up knowledge within pensions administration, working for both third party administrators and in-house pension schemes.

She also spent some time trying to expand her knowledge and completing an SQL course in order to assist in improving the accuracy of results when running reports for the Barnardos pensions and payroll system.
