I am involved in the negotiation and settlement of documents for new transactions and management of existing deals, across the full gamut of Structured Finance products, Facility Agent and Paying Agency offerings. I joined Law Debenture in 2006, as a founder member of the CDO administration team before switching to Corporate Services. I previously spent 10 years at an American Investment Bank and am highly experienced across a wide range of structured products and asset classes. I also serve as a director on a number of the Structured Finance SPVs and companies that we manage.
