Associate Director - Head of Loan Agency
I am an Associate Director and Head of the LawDeb Loan Agency business providing flexible and efficient facility agent and loan administration services across the full suite of loans including syndicated loans, bilateral loans, club loans and direct lending amongst others.
I have significant experience gained over 30 years in all areas of Loans Middle and back office operations including new issue origination, all aspects of the secondary market trade settlement process and in depth knowledge of current loan industry initiatives, having sat on a number of Industry working groups. I have extensive experience in numerous product types including areas such as Project Finance, Stuctured Expoert finance, Funds Finanace and CRE.
Prior to joining LawDeb I was responsible for agency operations for an international cross-border bank, leading a team of over 50 across 5 global offices. Before this I worked in multiple international banks based in London.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling, cooking and long walks with my 3 dogs.
