I was responsible for teams of company secretaries involved in providing services to investment funds, debt-issuing SPVs and trading companies, including group corporate structures. I also provided transaction support and advice to Irish registered companies involved in the financial services and aircraft leasing industries. A qualified barrister and company secretary, I am an expert in corporate governance and have in-depth knowledge of Irish legal, regulatory and commercial matters.
