Lucas Mulligan

Associate Pensions Executive

Lucas joined the Pegasus team at LawDeb as an Associate Pensions Executive in May 2022. In this role he works with a range of pension schemes to deliver improved governance and secretarial services.

He has seven years of experience developing strong relationships, managing DC pensions, and supporting trustees from his previous role at the in-house pensions team of Veolia UK. Lucas is confident in all areas of scheme secretarial services including working closely with scheme advisers, attending trustee and committee meetings, minute-taking and drafting scheme documentation & member communications.

Lucas began his pensions career at Capita, where he worked with the DB Pensions Project Team in a member facing role. The role included responding directly to member queries as well as developing and testing new systems, liaising with third parties, and managing complex, confidential data.

He holds qualifications with the Pensions Management Institute in Trusteeship, the Pensions Regulator Trustee Toolkit, and a BSc in Physics from the University of Leeds.
