Lily Frost

I am an Associate Director in the LawDeb Corporate Trust business. I lead the Trust Management team where we manage all post issuance matters across the full spectrum of capital markets, banking and project finance transactions. I have extensive experience across the full suite of banking and capital markets products including new deals, the consideration of trustee discretion and work on defaults and restructurings. I started my career at Linklaters post university where I completed my training contract and spent 4 years post qualification in their Corporate Trust team.
