Director - Shared Service Centre

I joined LawDeb’s Manchester office in August 2021 as Director of the Shared Service Centre. The role sees me work across the finance function to drive innovation and client service.

I joined from Lonza where I had been Head of Operations for Finance Shared Services. This was the latest role in a 20-year career built in organisations such as Centrica, Reckitt and Marks and Spencer with a focus on business analysis and finance controls.

I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and am passionate about continuous improvement.
