Transaction Manager
I joined LawDeb in October 2021. As a Transaction Manager on the team, I lead and manage structured finance transactions from on-boarding, reviewing, negotiation and execution of transaction documentation through to their termination. I am also involved in the administration of existing deals.
I hold a Master of Business in Internationalisation and have substantial experience working across a range of finance transactions including loans, corporate trust, conventional debt, securitisations and structured finance.
Away from work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening and getting outdoors with her dog.
