I have over 10 years of experience in company secretarial industry, specialising in private companies and the subsidiary sector. I am a qualified Chartered Governance Professional (CGIUKI) and joined the LawDeb Global Entity Management team in 2022.

A well-developed subsidiary governance is vital to a successful corporate governance framework, especially during unexpected setbacks.
