Trish Houston
Chief Operating Officer
I am the Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Corporate Secretarial Services business of The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. and was appointed to the Board as an executive director on 2 September 2020.
I am a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments. I bring 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the financial services industry. Previously, I was a member of the senior management team at JDX Consulting Limited, where I had executive responsibility for HR, IT and facilities and oversaw the merger of three businesses. Prior to that, I was a Partner at Ruffer LLP where I held several roles including global head of HR and global head of risk. I was also a member of the investment management team at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and worked in their offices in the UK, Australia and Switzerland.
Outside of work Trish I have two daughters, Rosie and Ellen, who I can often be found with at Battersea Zoo or running with around Clapham Common. Prior to lock down I was an avid traveller and have scaled Mount Kinabalu, cycled from Kilimanjaro to the Ngorongoro crater and kayaked around the Santa Ana Archipelago.
