I am an Associate Director and Head of the LawDeb Escrow and Treasury business. I have a strong commercial awareness and deep understanding of the motivations facing both corporate clients and escrow agents in the market.
I have built a strong network over my career and much of the work we do now comes from those existing contacts and referrals who know they can rely on me and my team to keep projects moving for them. I enjoy the remarkable variety of deals in the escrow space.
Whilst M&A transactions are a core market for us we're also working with a number of pension scheme sponsors as they look for solutions around trapped surplus. Additionally, we support transactions for sporting events and hospitality, litigation, real estate, commodities, and project finance with escrow and paying agent services.
Before joining LawDeb I was Vice President and Escrow team leader at Deutsche Bank AG Filiale London and have also worked for J.P. Morgan, Bank of New York Mellon, Butterfield Private Bank and Barclays Private Bank.
