Director, Head of UK CSS

I am a Director in LawDeb's Corporate Secretarial Services business. I have a particular focus on delivering Board and Committee governance to clients within financial services and other regulated sectors.

I offer a broad range of listed, regulated and compliance advisory capabilities which will benefit our clients dealing with increasingly complex governance challenges and regulatory engagement, including, for example, in relation to Skilled Person (s.166) Reviews and Information Requests. My technical skills, market knowledge and experience help to identify innovative solutions that will have a material impact for our clients.

I am a Senior Legal and Compliance Leader, and Company Secretary, with over 20 years’ experience within investment banking, trading, clearing, financial infrastructure institutions, technology, UK and US listed (FTSE250/NYSE) and fintech/blockchain start-up environments

I joined LawDeb from CMC Markets where I was most recently General Counsel, Group Head of Compliance and Company Secretary providing oversight across the UK, EU and APAC global offices. Prior to my time at CMC, I held a variety of roles including General Counsel at Allocated Bullion Exchange (ABX) and Kinesis Money, within the Intercontinental Exchange, Inc (ICE) Group of companies in the UK; Head of Legal & Company Secretary with responsibility for ICE Futures Europe , ICE Clear Europe, ICE Benchmark Administration Limited and all ICE EU Group affiliates; and legal roles at Credit Lyonnais, BZW and Barclays Capital.
