I am interim Head of the Service of Process business based in London and have been delivering service of process for a decade having joined another large provider straight from school. I joined LawDeb in 2017 and have helped to grow our team and the services we deliver.
As Process Agent we are essentially a legal post box, to receive proceedings from the courts on behalf of companies or individuals outside of the country who enter into any transaction that is governed by local law. In addition to London we offer these services in New York, Hong Kong, Dublin and Jersey, providing round the clock service and we are appointed by law firms, corporates and/or individuals globally.
