I am a Chartered Company Secretary with over 10 years of board facing experience for fully listed companies and investment trusts. I started my career in professional services, progressing through the various levels within the company secretarial team from Assistant Consultant to Director. During this time, I gained significant exposure to listed companies including investment trusts and operating companies and provided the full suite of company secretarial services to these clients (board advisory, annual report and accounts preparation, AGM support and statutory compliance).
Before joining the LawDeb team I had oversight of two delivery teams in London responsible for supporting fully listed and private groups with all aspects of corporate governance.
In my current role I am overseeing the UK corporate secretarial team of over 30 of company secretaries. This team provides entity management and listed governance advisory support to leading organisations.
Outside of work, I have two young daughters Emily and Holly that keep me on my toes and can often be found baking!
