I am passionate about delivering good member outcomes. An Actuary and a CFA Charterholder I have a strong technical grounding and significant past experience in investment and funding matters, having worked in actuarial teams, as an investment consultant and in asset management, but I enjoy all of the challenges that come with a trustee appointment.
My current appointments include chair of investment committee to large and complex schemes as well as chair of board. I enjoy working on both DC (single trust and mastertrust) and DB and lead a corporate sole trustee appointment alongside my co-trustee appointments. I take an active role in industry thought leadership - I lead LawDeb thinking on sustainability, I am a member of the Trustee Sustainability Working Group, I have twice served as chair of the investment committee of the SPP, I have chaired the CFA UK and am currently chairing and industry working group on solutions for DB.
