I have over a decade of experience in the pensions industry
During my time at Law Debenture I have worked closely with the Trustee Director and Pensions Executive teams and have built up extensive knowledge of the day-to-day challenges facing pension schemes and how to mitigate them.
I support our Pensions Executives in delivering project governance and scheme secretarial services across a large number of our appointments.
I am also heavily involved in supporting the take-on and set up of the governance frameworks for new appointments for the team.
I consistently ensure actions are assigned, documented and progressed between meetings and project calls.
My work includes preparing documents, liaising with scheme advisers and service providers as well as attending client meetings and preparing minutes.
I also work closely with the in-house infrastructure teams at LawDeb to ensure smooth delivery of technology solutions that benefit our clients.
I have been actively involved in developing and coordinating governance solutions such as risk registers, business plans, action summaries, online adviser reviews and trustee effectiveness assessments.
