Joanna Jenkins

Consultant

I am a member of our Governance Advisory team providing board support services to a range of clients. I joined Law Debenture in May 2022 and am in the process of becoming a Qualified Company Secretary through the Chartered Governance Institute.

Prior to working as a Company Secretary, I focused on education and professional development and spent five years as Programme Coordinator for the Financial Times Board Director Programme. 

I am a graduate of Cardiff University with a BA Honours degree in French and Spanish and a Master’s degree in International Relations.
