Trustee Director and Head of Trusteeship
I joined LawDeb in 2019, having previously been Head of Research at XPS Pensions Group. I am a qualified actuary and an Accredited Member of the Association of Professional Trustees.
I represent LawDeb on a number of schemes, including four multi-billion DB schemes, with roles as Chair, Committee Chair and Co-Trustee. I have helped guide schemes through the risk transfer and wind-up process and have also led schemes through complex decisions, including GMP equalisation and rapid response situations.
I am particularly passionate about improving pensions administration and chair several admin sub-committees. My focus is on using my in-depth pensions knowledge and experience to work with fellow trustees, advisers and corporate sponsors to achieve better outcomes for members and I hope that my clients value my inclusive and pragmatic approach as well as my technical background.
Since May 2024, I have been LawDeb’s Head of Trusteeship with a responsibility for culture and client service in the Pensions Trustee team.
