I am a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland, specialising in advising on international corporate governance requirements and in project managing post-M&A integration formalities.
I am passionate about promoting good governance as an enabler for international businesses to thrive and achieve their long-term strategic success. I enjoy building relationships with clients, supporting them in crucial times during their business lifecycle. I also develop a close relationship with our global network, ensuring we collaborate effectively, developing a solutions-driven services to our mutual clients.
I believe in the development of up-and-coming talents within the governance profession. Outside of LawDeb, I teach company secretaries who are sitting qualification exams in the subject of Development of Strategy.
Away from corporate governance, I am an avid flautist and a chorister. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and unwinding through building Lego as well as other building sets.
