I am a Director and Head of the LawDeb Corporate Trust business.
As a qualified solicitor I began my career at Linklaters and after a brief stint in the banking team moved into debt capital markets advising many of the Corporate Trustees in the market including LawDeb. After nearly 13 years in private practice I joined a major international bank to lead EMEA Transaction Management in their Corporate Trust and Loan Agency business before joining LawDeb in 2017.
Having built up a great network over my career I have been able to build a business here run by likeminded, talented professionals who add real value for clients and ensure innovation and challenge which keeps us at the top of our game in our roles across the full spectrum of capital market transactions.
I also co-chair the LawDeb Charity Committee with Managing Director of our pensions business, Sankar Mahalingham. With our increasing focus on incorporating ESG considerations into our culture and client service we have seen significant interest from our network into how we can make change happen.
