Trustee Director
I represent LawDeb as both chair, independent trustee and corporate sole trustee on a range of trustee boards from £20m to £2bn. I work with a range of sponsors, both UK based and overseas, in different sectors including financial services/ insurance, as well as a number of not-for profit clients.
As chair and member of investment committees, I provide strategic input to help develop investment strategies to support schemes’ journey planning. I have also lead/ worked on three successfully completed full buy-ins in the last two years. I also chair LawDeb's Pensions Technical Steering Committee and I am a member of the Pensions Risk Committee.
Prior to LawDeb, I held senior strategy, planning and governance roles with Aviva, Abbey National and Lloyds TSB, following an early career in pensions as a qualified actuary.
I have an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University, an MBA from London Business School and I am an Accredited Member of the Association of Professional Pension Trustees.
