Charlotte Greenall

I am an Associate Director in the LawDeb Corporate Trust business and have responsibility for the onboarding and execution of new transactions for Law Deb.

I began my career at Linklaters where I trained and spent six years within their Corporate Trust team often working with LawDeb in my role advising trustees and agents across the full spectrum of capital markets, banking and project finance transactions.

I have significant experience across a wide range of products including mainstream capital markets, project finance, aviation finance and general banking transactions. I really enjoy the combination of the technical and intellectual challenge of negotiating complex documents on interesting new structures with building lasting relationships across the industry.

I am a keen runner having represented Scotland in track & field and cross-country events in my earlier days and enjoy the strong running community at LawDeb.
