I lead LawDeb’s expert team of over 70 global compliance and governance professionals in our Corporate Secretarial Services business. I am responsible for driving growth in LawDeb’s global entity management offering and its award-winning tailored board governance service. Against a backdrop of constantly evolving legal and regulatory demands globally, clients are increasingly looking to LawDeb for specialist support in ensuring entities are compliant and in good legal standing, and that boards are supported to mitigate governance risk.
I have over 15 years of experience in financial services and a proven track record in negotiating, structuring, and delivering complex multi-million pound contracts and transactions. I joined LawDeb from Equiniti where I held the role of Sales Director of Outsourcing Services. Before Equiniti, I spent over eight years at Arrow Global Group, an asset manager.
