Congratulations to Vodafone Group Plc on their most recent issuance

Congratulations to Vodafone Group Plc on their hybrid issuance of NC6 EUR 1,000,000,000 Capital Securities and NC10 EUR 1,000,000,000 Capital Securities, each due 2080.

This successful Euro-denominated issuance followed the Group's previous such USD/GBP/EUR hybrid issuances almost two years ago with 2078/9 maturities.

Having been pleased also to be appointed as trustee very recently on Vodafone International Financing DAC's new EUR 30 billion EMTN programme at the end of July, Law Deb has had a long standing relationship with Vodafone for over twenty years, acting on the Group's original EUR 30 billion EMTN programme, as well on other standalone issuances during this time.
