Stefanie Hernandez is an Assistant Vice President for Delaware Corporate Services Inc. She has been with the organization since 2010 and brings with her over 25 years of Corporate Service industry experience. Prior to joining Delaware Corporate Services Inc., Stefanie worked exclusively for corporate law firms.

While Stefanie possesses many unique skills, her several areas of expertise are inclusive of Apostille, legalizations, corporate filings and franchise taxes.  Additionally, Delaware Corporate Services Inc. is very pleased to have Stefanie utilize her acquired industry knowledge to conduct the marketing efforts for our organization.

Lastly, Stefanie possesses both a Communications background and a Paralegal Certificate. To unwind Stefanie spends time as a professional bowler and she enjoys spending time with her family.
