Financial Reporting Manager

A qualified chartered accountant, Shamiso has 12 years working in financial services, predominantly in the field of structured finance. Having started her career in auditing with 2 of the big four firms, she has worked across several jurisdictions including Jersey, Cayman Islands and Africa. Shamiso joined Law Debenture in October 2016 from another major corporate service provider.

Shamiso is responsible for financial reporting for our corporate entities and will be instrumental in the implementation of IFRS9.
