Rich is involved in the negotiation and settlement of documents for new transactions and management of existing deals, across the full gamut of Structured Finance products, Facility Agent and Paying Agency offerings. Rich joined Law Debenture in 2006, as a founder member of the CDO administration team before switching to Corporate Services. He previously spent 10 years at an American Investment Bank and is highly experienced across a wide range of structured products and asset classes. He also serves as a director on a number of the Structured Finance SPVs and companies that we manage.
