Nicola is Head of Loan Agency, a part of our  Corporate Trust business.

Prior to LawDeb Nicola worked as Global Head of Loan Agency at Standard Chartered Bank where she was responsible for agency operations with over 50 people based across 5 locations. Nicola’s prior experience includes senior roles at, Morgan Stanley, Markit and Goldman Sachs. She possesses strong expertise in multiple areas, including new issue origination and all aspects of the secondary market trade settlement process, as well as in-depth knowledge of current loan industry initiatives.

With a proven track record of delivering the highest level of service, Nicola joins the Corporate Trust team which oversees 4000+ trusts and has 134 years of experience as a market leading independent corporate trustee. Nicola will be primarily responsible for revenue generation for loan agency and for providing support to borrowers and lenders across the full suite of loans on both new deals and existing transactions.
