Louise Spurgeon

Pensions Executive

Louise is a Pensions Executive within Pegasus. She joined Pegasus after a 17-year career at XPS Pensions, where she was most recently a Project Manager.

In her short time since joining Pegasus she has supported colleagues on GMP projects and helped support our admin oversight offering on a large client.  She has also used her project management and organisational experience to support a business change project.   

She has strong experience spanning of working with different stakeholders across a wide range of projects for a variety of clients.  These included buy ins, GMP equalisation, transition of administration providers and business change.  

Louise has a deep understanding of workplace DB and DC pensions with experience of working with both the Actuarial and Administration businesses at XPS.
