Lily has over 13 years’ experience in a full range of banking and capital markets transactions, including new deals, the consideration of trustee discretion and work on defaults and restructurings.
Lily started out her career in private practice at Linklaters LLP specialising in corporate trust where she gained significant experience advising market leading trustees and agents. She then spent 7 years at a major corporate trust organisation as legal counsel on a wide range of products, including trustee and agents on loans and capital markets transactions, account bank, escrow, custody and regulatory change projects as well as advising on defaults and litigation matters.
Prior to joining LawDeb, Lily was the Head of Legal Risk for Global Banking and Markets at a bank where she was responsible for the implementation and embedding of operational risk management framework.
A Manchester University alumnus with an MA in Law and Politics, Lily is passionate about family, travel, fashion, interiors, cooking and reading.
