Director - Shared Service Centre

Joshua joined LawDeb’s Manchester office in August 2021 as Director of the Shared Service Centre. The role sees him work across the finance function to drive innovation and client service.

Joshua joined from Lonza where he had been Head of Operations for Finance Shared Services. This was the latest role in a 20-year career built in organisations such as Centrica, Reckitt and Marks and Spencer with a focus on business analysis and finance controls.

He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is passionate about continuous improvement.
