Associate Director

Evon is an Associate Director within our Global Entity Management business. She is a qualified Chartered Governance professional with over 10 years’ experience specialising in global subsidiary governance, project & relationship management.

Prior to starting her corporate governance career, Evon has worked in the financial services with a career covering secured lending, compliance, internal audit, regulated complaint handling and consumer credit regulation.

Evon has substantial experience in advising on international corporate governance requirements for small and large multinationals and in project managing post-M&A integration formalities, working with law firms and tax advisors. She is passionate about building relationships and delivering excellent service through providing pragmatic and practical advice, tailored to the setup of each client.  Always looking to make change happen by looking at processes and delivering every project better than the last one.

Outside of work, you will find Evon teaching company secretaries who are sitting qualification exams in the subject of Development of Strategy, volunteering in teaching and governance for a local charity and expanding her collection of Lego sets.
