Transaction Manager

Emma joined LawDeb in October 2021. As a Transaction Manager on the team, Emma leads and manages structured finance transactions from on-boarding, reviewing, negotiation and execution of transaction documentation through to their termination. She is also involved in the administration of existing deals.

Emma holds a Master of Business in Internationalisation and has substantial experience working across a range of finance transactions including loans, corporate trust, conventional debt, securitisations and structured finance.

Away from work Emma enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and getting outdoors with her dog.
