Dawn Abbotts

Pensions Executive

Dawn is a Pensions Executive based in the London office.

She joined Pegasus from WTW where she was a Senior Associate in the pensions admin business’ risk team, responsible for looking at operational risks and controls, interacting with the admin teams and addressing complaints, and ensuring thorough root cause analysis and process improvement. Dawn also supported GMP projects including documenting processes and drafting member communications.

Prior to this Dawn has had a range of pensions roles with insurance companies, consulting actuaries and third-party administrators including client-facing, member-facing, secretarial, technical, training, assurance and internal controls, with experience across DB, DC, CARE, hybrid and SSAS schemes.

Dawn is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and Chartered Insurance Institute and has also volunteered for TPAS and is Treasurer for the PMI Southern Group.

Dawn’s broad experience and focus on quality and operational risk further strengthens the Pegasus team and in particular our admin and data project oversight offerings.
