Ben leads LawDeb’s expert team of over 70 global compliance and governance professionals in our Corporate Secretarial Services business. He is responsible for driving growth in LawDeb’s global entity management offering and its award-winning tailored board governance service. Against a backdrop of constantly evolving legal and regulatory demands globally, clients are increasingly looking to LawDeb for specialist support in ensuring entities are compliant and in good legal standing, and that boards are supported to mitigate governance risk. 

Ben has over 15 years of experience in financial services. He has a proven track record in negotiating, structuring, and delivering complex multi-million pound contracts and transactions. He joined LawDeb from Equiniti where he held the role of Sales Director of Outsourcing Services. He brings to the role deep credit management sector knowledge and a distinguished history of building, mentoring and sustaining high performing teams. Before Equiniti, Ben spent over eight years at Arrow Global Group, an asset manager.
