The Law Debenture Corporation appoints COO Trish Houston as Head of Corporate Secretarial Services business

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. announced today that Group COO Trish Houston has been appointed Head of the Corporate Secretarial Services (CSS) business with immediate effect.

In December 2020, Law Debenture acquired Eversheds Sutherland International LLP’s company secretarial unit, underpinning Law Debenture’s position as a leading governance services firm. CSS offers both high-volume entity management, with impactful coverage across 120+ countries, and tailored board governance services.

Having successfully integrated and grown this business, which now also provides governance support for listed PLCs, investment trusts and companies preparing for IPO, Trish will lead CSS in its next stage of growth.

Trish remains COO and a director of the Law Debenture Corporation PLC.
