Law Debenture welcomes Vicky Paramour as Managing Director of its Pensions Practice

Vicky and I have worked closely over the years at LawDeb, she certainly inspires us all with her dedication, commitment and passion for delivering the best solutions for the pension schemes we work with. We were delighted to promote from within at LawDeb, she can count on my full support as our Pensions business continues to go from strength to strength. Meanwhile I look forward to my next ‘chapter’ at LawDeb, focused exclusively on exciting and ground-breaking client work.

I’m delighted to be continuing my career at Law Debenture in this new and exciting role. The next few years will be an exciting time for the LawDeb Pensions team with many opportunities for development as trusteeship and governance models continue to evolve. I’m pleased to announce the appointment of Nigel Modlinsky as our new Head of Corporate Sole Trustee, bringing his in-house pensions expertise to our already industry-leading model: we currently hold 55 CST appointments ranging in size from under £1million to over £3.5billion in assets, our average CST client has £70million in assets. We look forward to working with clients who in 2022 and beyond will be appointing their first ever Independent Professional Trustee as well as other schemes who will be looking to add further professional expertise to their existing trustee board. Working with DB schemes of all sizes as the pension landscape evolves we are particularly keen to focus on providing great value to smaller schemes, leveraging insights from our wider portfolio for their benefit. Meanwhile our Trustee team will continue to work very closely with our Pegasus colleagues to ensure we continue to compliment the in-house resources of both our new and established clients with their specialist pensions and projects expertise.
