Law Debenture continues to strengthen its outsourced pension administration service with two new hires
Pegasus, the pensions governance business of Law Debenture, announces the appointment of Lee Spithray as Senior Pensions Executive and Andy Hunt as Pensions Executive
Lee is a pensions actuary with almost two decades’ worth of experience in consulting and in-house pensions management. He was previously Head of Pensions at the University of Oxford, where he assisted in shaping the strategy for University pension arrangements.
Prior to this, his roles included Head of Pension Trustee Services at DHL, Assistant Pensions Manager at Tesco and Senior Consultant at Willis Tower Watson.
Lee is well-versed in advising trustee directors on matters ranging from actuarial valuations and investment strategy considerations, to governance requirements and effective liability management.
Andy has significant experience in the financial services and pensions industry. He joins Pegasus from Creative Benefit Solutions, where he was a Pension Scheme Manager providing secretarial, governance and project management services to a portfolio of DB schemes.
Having spent several years working at the Pensions Regulator, he has considerable expertise in pensions regulation, policy and legislative requirements. Andy’s skillset is extensive, with particular experience in project management and supporting trustee boards with secretarial and governance services.
Michael Chatterton, Managing Director at LawDeb Pension trustees, commented:
