On Thursday 30th March we were delighted to welcome many of our shareholders to our AGM at our offices in Bishopsgate, London to hear about Law Debenture’s strategy and progress over the past twelve months.
There was a fantastic attendance, and it was wonderful to hear from and discuss key market issues with such a supportive and engaged audience.
Robert Hingley, Chair, opened proceedings with an overview of the company. CEO Denis Jackson and CFO Hester Scotton provided a rundown of why LawDeb’s business model is so highly differentiated and unique, with a particular focus on the impressive work our independent professional services businesses (IPS) are doing. Our portfolio managers from Janus Henderson, James Henderson and Olivia Vernall, gave some interesting insights into their portfolio management and the wider UK equity market today.
