Happy International Women's Day #embraceequity

The focus on embracing equity for this year’s International Women’s Day is a welcome one for LawDeb. We are a people led business nearing 300 individuals, spread across 8 offices globally, delivering a wide range of governance and transaction focused services. We want to equip everyone with the tools they need to succeed and we understand that as a diverse organisation a ‘one size fits all’ approach doesn’t deliver the best outcomes for our people, our clients or our shareholders. We are proud of the progress we are making in creating a culture where our people are comfortable telling us what they need, but more than that, we are proactively making changes to ensure everyone within the business knows and understands all the opportunities and support available to them and how to access these. I have no doubt that embracing equity is a key factor in our overarching goal of delivering peace of mind for our staff and clients.
