Arrangements for 2020 AGM and EGM

This year's Annual General Meeting will be held on 7 April 2020.
The Corporation has also convened an Extraordinary General Meeting to seek approval of a Long Term Incentive Plan on the same day. Full details are included in a circular which has been mailed to shareholders.
Response to COVID-19
The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. has noted the government’s advice in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic and in order to comply with the government’s “Stay at Home Measures” will be amending the format of the Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting.
